Okay this is really easier than it looks, I included all the steps, as if you have not ever used Magick Studio aka image magick before.
Copy or write down the addy of the sign that you want to be in red, or blue or?
Go to
magick.net4tv.com/MagickStudio/scripts/advanced.cgi
If you copied the URL from the go to box, delete the visible http:// that is showing, and paste in the sign URL. If you wrote it down, just type in the foursided.tripod.com/nameofsign.gif so there are no spaces between the http://
Click the button that says view, right under where you put in the URL.
On the view page, you will see the sign, now look right under the sign for Optional Paint Attributes.
Change the Paint Type from none to: Color.
Change Method from floodfill to Replace.
In the box marked Fill Color, put in the color you want, you may want to click on Fill Color to see the variety of colors MagickStudio lets you use and more importantly what they call them.
The other settings you can ignore.
Move up the page so that the sign becomes highlighted, you should see a yellow border to it.
Click on it.
Cool, an arrow appears!, move the arrow so it is right over a black letter.
Click again.
Voila! The sign should now have the color lettering you chose. Part one is done, now we just have to get the sign to where you can print it.
From the tabs at the top of the page select: Output.
On the output page, you need to set two things, first make sure that the Format menu has gif selected, second make sure the Format box right below has Single File selected.
Click on the button that says Output, al the other things on the page, you can ignore.
You should see a small version of your newly colored sign with a little 0 under it, Highlight the little sign, and click on it.
Print:)
